These terms apply when you use this website and book wellness classes with BYBU Aesthetics & Wellness. By creating an account or booking a class, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create an account.
- Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Your account is for you. Keep your password secret and let us know straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- You can ask us to close your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
Wellness bookings
- Drop-in class spaces and class packs are booked and paid for through this site. Prices and pack details are shown at checkout.
- Class packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellation: you can cancel a booking yourself up to 12 hours before the class using the link in your booking email. Cancellations made with at least 12 hours' notice release your credit (if you booked with one) or are eligible for a refund (if you paid by card — processed manually by the studio).
- Inside the 12-hour window: please call or message the studio. Late cancellations may not be refunded or credited, at our discretion.
- If we cancel a class: we will email you and either restore your credit or refund your payment.
- Capacity is limited. Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Aesthetic treatments
Aesthetic treatments (facials, injectables, laser, body, etc.) are booked through Fresha and are governed by Fresha's terms and our separate consultation paperwork.
Payments
Payments for wellness classes and packs are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and card payments are all accepted.
Your health
Yoga, Pilates, and meditation classes are not a substitute for medical advice. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or living with a health condition, please tell the instructor before class. You participate at your own risk. We may decline a booking or end a session if continuing would not be safe.
Acceptable use
Please don't try to break, abuse, or interfere with the site, attempt to gain access to areas you're not entitled to, or use the site for anything unlawful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
Our liability
We do everything we reasonably can to keep the site working and your bookings accurate, but we don't promise that the site will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Gibraltar.
